Here’s everything you might be wondering before you order.
How quickly will I get my materials?
Once we receive all required information and photos, your marketing materials will be delivered within 24 hours.
For Just Listed videos, please allow up to 48 hours. We aim to deliver faster when possible but may need extra time depending on video complexity.
How do I pay for postcard mailing?
If you'd like us to coordinate mailing your postcards (which we highly recommend—it’s smooth and fast), we’ll give you a quick call for payment through our trusted third-party, XpressDocs.
For future orders, we can securely save your card on file if you’d like to streamline the process.
How do I send you listing photos?
Easy. Just forward the email from your photographer as soon as it comes in—we’ll take it from there.
You can also add us directly to your photographer’s delivery platform, and we’ll receive the files automatically.

Can I just email my order in?
To keep everything organized and minimize back-and-forth, we ask that you complete the order form on this page for each listing.
If your listing description isn’t ready yet, that’s okay—just email it separately to diana@wilocollective.com when it is.
What if I need my order rushed?
We understand that sometimes photos come in late and listings need to go live quickly.
If you need express delivery, we offer a rush option for $50. Just let us know when ordering.
How do I pay for my order?
Once your order is complete, WILO Collective will send you an invoice via QuickBooks.
Please be sure to include the name or business name we should bill when placing your first order, so we can invoice you correctly.
